Indian Montessori Centre is committed to the propagation of the Montessori method of education by training courses and other initiatives which are aimed at involving and educating more and more people about the pedagogy. The Indian Montessori Training Courses (IMTC) established across the country carry out many of these activities to achieve the objective of successful and sustained propagation.

ONLINE MONTESSORI TRAINING COURSE (OMTC)

OMTC has been very useful for people who are interested in learning more about the Montessori philosophy but are not able to attend the regular class room courses

MONTESSORI INSIGHT PROGRAM (MIP)

This course is designed keeping in mind the needs of the people in the smaller towns and rural areas means to take the method to all corners of India, including the places that are not touched by the internet

PARENTING MONTESSORI WAY

This program is specifically meant for parents, grand parents and other adults, who want to know more about child development and how by applying Montessori principles

CONSULTANCY

IMC provides support to people who are interested in opening new houses of children or who want to change their school from a conventional model to a Montessori House of children

IMC CONNECT MEETINGS

IMC Connect meetings are held every month where Montessorians meet to discuss various topics of interest. In addition to people from the academic background

PARENT ORIENTATION PROGRAMS

Parent orientation programs are conducted in Montessori houses of children to create awareness in the parents about the Montessori principles and Method.

AVALOKANA/REFRESHER COURSES

Refresher courses are conducted for working Montessorians to not only help them to refresh their existing knowledge, but also to give them a chance to get introduced to new material and concepts.

PARASPARA

In a bid to collaborate with other organizations and propagate the Montessori movement to even remote corners of India, Paraspara has been envisaged

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

The internship program came into being to meet the requirements of students who have completed the course and are about to start their career.

This House of Children has been running successfully from 2007, touching lives of children of financially needy parents. We started this house of children to commemorate

FOLLOW THE CHILD

It is a bi- annual magazine published in January and August of every year to coincide with the opening of the first House of Children on 6th January and Montessori’s birth anniversary on 31st August
