Emerging personality
The word ’personality’ does not clearly define what we want to say about the child creating himself totally. Yet for want of a better word we are using it. From the time of conception the child is trying to create himself initially physically and later psychically.

Very often interspersed in my talks I mention certain ideas that have come to us from our previous generations. I have been asked to bring them to an official format. At the outset I want to say that these not a result of deep and long research but mere random thoughts that I find parallel in Ancient India’s thoughts and what I learnt under the banner of Montessori.
The Child Builds Himself
Dr. Maria Montessori’s discovery of the relations between the child and the adult has offered us more than a psychological theory. She discovered unknown dimensions of child nature. They have been revealed to us by wonderful manifestations. We clearly recognize that childhood is a period in human life that is very distinct from adulthood. We recognize two different forms of human life.
