Minimum Qualification for admission: Possession of a school final certificate (or its equivalent) is essential. It is necessary to have proficiency in spoken & written English. Preference is given to graduates. Applicants must have completed 18 years of age by July 2010.

Prospectus & application form can be had on payment of Rs. 200/- (cash or M.O.) payable to Indian Montessori Training Courses (S). Foreign or Outstation candidates should make payment by Bank Draft marked favouring Indian Montessori Training Courses (S). Application forms will be issued from 1st March 2010.

Application for admission should be made on prescribed form with the registration fee, life sketch (written about oneself of the particulars not given in the application), a medical certificate of good health & fitness and two recent passport/stamp size photographs. Last date for submission of completed forms is 31st May 2010.

Lecture classes will be held on week days from 11 am to 2 p.m. Practice classes will be held twice a week between 2.30 pm to 4.30 p.m. Observation in Montessori Schools will be arranged. Dress regulations are applicable.

Accommodation: We can help in arranging hostel/paying guest accommodation if informed before 1st June. Charges vary from place to place.

INDIAN MONTESSORI CENTRE issues diplomas to successful candidates. The diplomas qualify the holders to apply the Montessori Method to children of age 2 ½ to 6 years only but not to train teachers.
